Daybreak Program

DayBreak is a social program for adults who may need assistance with activities of daily living. DayBreak provides activities and socialization in a supervised and safe setting. Services include an individualized plan of care, socialization, assistance with personal care, therapeutic recreational activities and nutritious meals and snacks.


Individuals attend on a planned basis, ranging from one to five days per week, either full or half days, depending on individual or caregiver needs.

Caregiver Support

With their loved ones at DayBreak, caregivers and families are able to take a much-needed break, return to their job or tend to their own personal needs.

DayBreak offers specialized care for those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Caregivers have peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving care from trained care providers in a safe and supervised setting.
